Checklist items
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's licence)
- Prior policy declaration page (or letter of experience)
- Driver's abstract / motor vehicle record
- Vehicle registration or bill of sale (if applicable)
- Garaging address confirmation
- List of additional drivers
- Signed application / CSIO auto application
- Payment authorization (if applicable)
- TAC quote log fields: premium, market, broker comments (per RIBO Guidance 004)
- CISRO Principles + RIBO Fact Sheet delivery record
- Mandatory disclosure communication record (quote timing per RIBO-002)
