Canada. AES-256-GCM at rest; TLS in transit; self-hosted AI.

Does Canadian hosting guarantee PIPEDA compliance?

Hosting location is one factor. Firms remain responsible for their own PIPEDA compliance program and policies.

Is client data used to train third-party AI models?

No. Hivi-X does not send client data to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or similar providers.
