What is an annual offence declaration?

A signed statement by the PSW declaring whether they have been convicted of an offence since their last declaration or criminal record check. Required yearly under many Ontario Health atHome SPO contract terms.

How is it different from CPIC?

CPIC is a police criminal record check, typically at hire and per renewal policy. The offence declaration is a yearly self-declaration between CPIC renewals.

Does hivi-x send automatic renewal reminders?

Not in v1. Coordinators track annual declarations on checklist items with manual review. Automated expiry calendar and email reminders are planned for a future release.
