Exportable PDF package for PMS upload
Exportable PDF package for PMS upload
The handoff moment
Tenant screening is not done when the last document arrives. It is done when the landlord client receives a complete, organized package they can review and approve.
For many Ontario PM firms, that handoff still means manually assembling PDFs from email attachments — renaming files, ordering pages, and hoping nothing is missing.
What Hivi-X exports
When checklist items are approved, Hivi-X generates a downloadable PDF package from the tenant record:
- Screening documents in checklist order
- Approved uploads only
- Organized for landlord client review or PMS upload
The export is a snapshot of file status — not a replacement for your PMS operations folder.
Workflow
- Complete screening checklist (all items approved)
- Click export PDF from the tenant record
- Deliver to landlord client for approval
- Upload to Buildium, AppFolio, or shared owner folder
Complements your PMS
Hivi-X does not push files to PMS APIs in v1. The export is designed for manual upload into the system you already use — bridging the gap between portal collection and operations records.
Answers are general operational information only — not legal, tax, regulatory, clinical, privacy, immigration, or professional advice. Requirements vary by matter, client, and regulator.
Frequently asked questions
- What is included in the PDF export?
- The export reflects checklist items and their approved uploads on the tenant record. Exact layout depends on your checklist structure and approved documents.
- Can I upload the PDF to Buildium or AppFolio?
- Yes. Export the package and upload to your PMS client folder or owner reporting workflow. Hivi-X does not integrate directly with PMS APIs in v1.
- Does the export include rejected documents?
- The export reflects approved items. Rejected submissions remain on the record for audit but are not presented as part of the landlord-ready package.
