Why brokerage QA matters on rentals

RECO materials remind registrants that rental trading carries the same TRESA framework as purchase/sale for representation agreements, consumer information, and brokerage supervision. The Broker of Record remains responsible for brokerage compliance. A pre-BOR QA gate is how many offices keep incomplete landlord packages off the desk — it is brokerage procedure, not a statutory “broker stamped every rental” form.
