  1. RCIC builds or selects a checklist template
  2. Attaches checklist to client file
  3. Shares with client — email notification sent
  4. Client uploads via secure guest link (email OTP) or logs into my-id.ca per item
  5. RCIC team approves or rejects each submission
  6. Client resubmits after rejection

When you share a checklist, the default is: "Client can use a secure link — no account needed." Clients verify email with a one-time OTP, then upload per checklist item. They can also create a free my-id.ca account and use the full portal.
