What happened to OINP Human Capital Priorities and Employer Job Offer streams?

Ontario revoked the former eight streams and introduced the Ontario Workforce Priority stream in 2026, with TEER 0–3 and self-employed physician pathways. Confirm current eligibility and document lists on ontario.ca before collecting anything.

Will OINP return an incomplete nomination file?

Ontario states that an OINP application missing mandatory documentation will be returned as incomplete and the fee refunded. Completeness QC belongs on your intake checklist, not in the portal at the last minute.

Should applicant and employer documents sit on the same checklist?

Yes. Separate lines for applicant identity, status, education, language, work history, and employer job-offer evidence. Your team can upload employer packs; the client uploads personal documents via guest link or portal.

Does Hivi-X file to the OINP portal?

No. Hivi-X is document-collection software. You still submit through the current OINP portals. Export a PDF package for your CICC file after QC.
